Alright! I finally finished a decent piece of art! XD *cheers*
I actually had this sketched out from I think a few months ago, but knowing me I never finished it. But I finally found the courage and determination to finish it today! yeys...

The flower pattern on the kimono was based on three types of flowers: marigolds, almond flowers, and daffodils. As some people should know, different flowers mean different things -- so I took the time to research what the flowers meant, and chose them to correspond with the picture itself. If you guys know what these flowers mean, maybe you can even find a tiny story within this character.

I find this piece a big accomplishment because this is the first time that I dared to make an actual background. It's not much but hey, first attempts right...I'll strive to improve massively.

Media used: pantone markers, silver and gold acrylic ink, pencil crayons, and finally photoshop for minor touchups.
